If you store phone numbers in your CRM system with an extension after it, for instance "01223750050 Extn 201" some phone systems may try and dial the number as follows "01223750050201". If this happens use the Extension configuration option to tell Flexor what abbreviation you use for extension, for instance "extn". Flexor will then ignore and not send to the phone system anything in the phone number field after "extn". In general for most users this option will not be needed.
